Our Story
Haqdar is built by MSquare Ventures India, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Our team brings over 20 years of experience in property advisory and documentation work across the state — a one-stop point of contact for work related to the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), Jaipur Nagar Nigam (JNN), Tehsil/Revenue offices and Sub-Registrar offices on behalf of our clients. Founded by our founder, the practice grew out of a simple observation: most property owners in Rajasthan don't have a problem with the law itself — they have a problem navigating the system around it. Over the years we have helped more than 500 families and individuals resolve registry issues, secure building permissions, convert land, and protect themselves from fraudulent builders and societies.
